Job Title: Scrum Master (Healthcare) Experience: 8-12+ Years Scrum Master Experience: 5+ Years (Healthcare Domain - Mandatory) 

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Agile and SAFe frameworks, specifically within the Healthcare domain.
The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who can effectively guide Agile teams, facilitate PI Planning, and ensure smooth delivery of program objectives while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Agile Leadership Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams in a healthcare environment
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews
  • Retrospectives Backlog Refinement Drive Agile maturity and ensure adherence to Agile/SAFe best practices PI Planning & Program Coordination
  • Lead and support PI Planning activities, including: Planning readiness and coordination
  • Dependency identification and management Risk assessment and mitigation
  • Ensuring execution alignment and follow-through Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Product Owners, Architects, and Stakeholders
  • Team Enablement & Governance Coach teams on Agile principles, SAFe practices, and continuous improvement Identify and remove impediments and blockers impacting delivery
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively Tracking & Reporting Monitor and report Agile metrics, including: Velocity Sprint burndown/burnup Predictability Sprint health Provide visibility into delivery progress and team performance
Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of Scrum Master experience in Healthcare domain
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and SAFe frameworks
  • Proven experience in PI Planning and program-level coordination Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Strong understanding of: Agile delivery models SDLC Metrics and governance
  • Certifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / Advanced CSM - Mandatory SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Agilist (SA) - Preferred Additional Agile/Lean certifications are a plus Good-to-Have Knowledge of Healthcare systems (Claims, Enrollment, Member, Provider workflows)
  • Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA awareness)
